Uograde silly question!!!!!

Hi all,
Bit of a daft question but please bear with me! I have a comtract with O2 for a galaxy s8+ from last year, my wife hated ger iphone 7+ so i gave her my samsung and she gave me her iphone. Fast forward 11 months and now ive had a notification from O2 saying i can upgrade if i trade my phone in. Now, would i be ablw to tradw the iphone in or just the samsung? I know its a daft question but need to ask as i dont want to take the samsung off the wife bit would be happy to trade the iphone in and get the early upgrade. Hope this all makes sense as i know its a wierd thing to ask but any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

@Betlynchrn82 You can trade in any phone you like as part of O2 recycle or better off going & selling it to CEX & getting some money from it

The trade in offer you have received is for the S8.
The deal is that you hand that phone back and they wipe your device payments.
If you wish to trade in the iPhone you will most likely have to add some money to clear your device payments.

If yhou want to upgrade pay off the bnalance of your device and keep your phone. when the Iphone comes out of contract put it on a well known auction site and sell that way,you wil get more for it that way, provided of course your good lady wants to keep the Samsung
