      <description>As it was paid 2 days ago you would hope that it would have updated through the system prior to the weekend being an issue.</description>

      <description>I guess it depends how the payment is made?&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, CS can confirm the status and turn service back on if payment is showing on the system.&lt;BR /&gt;One more thing &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3124781"&gt;@Chloe11&lt;/a&gt; if on refresh, did you make both payments correctly for both device and airtime?</description>
