I am unable to make online card payments for my o2 bills. Card works fine with anything else I pay. Is anyone aware of any problems with o2s online payment

Historically there are many problems with o2’s payment systems and online card payments.
It would be worth you calling customer service on 202 to pay manually with your card and to report the issue to them so it can be investigated.

I used to have the same problem when I was on PAYGO with Orange (EE). It might be assoiated with the card issuer's security systems.
