      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;two weeks ago my phone was stolen from me. Luckily i have insurance, but in order for them to send me a new phone they need to see proof of my contract. I have contacted o2 but they are taking so long to send it to me. Is there any way i can access it online? As i have a very important interview on Friday and it is vital i get a new phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I believe that in order to claim on your insurance you will need a crime number. Did O2 put a bar on your account or issue you with a new SIM?</description>
