    <description>The system is automated and regardless of what customer services tell you, the system will disconnect you if it sees an unpaid bill.&lt;BR /&gt;It cannot be overridden so the only way is to pay the bill.</description>

      <description>Hi I’ve recently contacted 02 as they cut me off I explained to them about my work being under new management and my payment date has changed to the end of the month I spoke to a lady called simnikiwie and she turned my services back on until the 17th and asked me to contact them then. Which was very kind. And now I can’t make any outgoing calls? Why is this!</description>

      <description>@Anonymous The easiest way to sort this out is to pay your bill if you have the funds available, and then call Customer Service again to try to straighten it all out for next month. Hopefully you'll get someone at CS who is on the ball and can help. At the very worst you'll at least have a fully functioning phone for now to give you the chance to get this resolved.</description>
