      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to contact 02 for four days, the robot is impossible to get an answer, their phone lines are a nightmare. &amp;nbsp;Terrible customer service, I think my only option is to move providers, GiffGaff, Tesco etc with the same coverage. &amp;nbsp; Shame, I have been with 02 for many years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
