Stop Voice Mail

I've been with O2 for years. I eventually upgraded to a smart phone in June this year time. Every time I open my phone I have a Voice Mail. I have been on O2 chatline and been in O2 shop. I still get a voicemail. Anybody got any idea how to stop it ? 1760 syas I have no messages but I still have it on my screen

Try phoning your mobile from another phone then leave a voicemail then delete the voicemail from your phone which should delete the notification

You need to call yourself from another phone and leave a voicemail message.
Then dial 901 to listen to it and delete it.
This will unstick the stuck one you have.
