      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it that o2 are so incompetant in updating your account when you have topped up by the web?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They send you a confirmation that your top up was a success on your phone&amp;nbsp;but when checking my top up has not been added into my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I topped up by the web yesterday (3rd Nov 2017) and to my disgust it has not been added to my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does o2 think we are stupid or something that we will not notice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has happened to me twice before and secondly why can't&amp;nbsp;I email o2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone has got an email address to contact o2 i would be most grateful, I am not a huge fan of telephones as they invade my/your privacy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance if anyone can help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter64&lt;/P&gt;</description>
