i aint with o2 since june when i come back o2 just low plan down to 250mins 250 text what the hell o2 is doing lost customers i just buy £30 pack. come on o2 wake up

Sorry people not understand my post

About 3 months ago o2 pay as you go plan have more mins and more text. I find out last month or so seem o2 has made pay as you go plan less mins and text. Before it was £10 500mins 1GB unlimited text. Now it 250mins 250text 200mb. Not sure why o2 made pay as you go less plan. But £30 plan is still same. Any one idea why o2 made decision to low the plan down 🤔

You need to recheck your info mate.
£10 gets you 1gb and 100 mins/texts.
£15 is 4gb and 250 mins/texts.
They were restructured earlier in the year as most people want more data now over mins and texts.
