Yes, I'm still having no luck with it.

I spoke to a call handler the other day, and they seemed to think that feature was in testing stages.

So, even if I do select it every time when accessing voicemail, it may or may not activate anyway.

Voicemail Notifications

When I access 901, and go to Mailbox settings (*, 4), I want to receive notifications if someone hangs up before leaving a message - option 5.

I have had to change frrom being notified by a voicemail symbol on the screen, to being notified by text message (according to someone on O2 Live Chat).

When I accessed 901 again today, again I find that in order to receive the notifications I want, that I have to press option 5. It is though my choice is not being remembered (or ignored).

I have spoken to O2 call handlers, & live chat quite a few times now. I just find this ridiculous and very annoying. Luckily I am on a Big Bundle PAYG, so it is not costing me anything, although it is taking inclusive call minutes away.

Does anyone have any ideas about this please?

Thanks.
