Included if you have mins left or chargeable at a local call rate otherwise.

I googled to find out if 0345 numbers were free on 02 and was reliably informed that, providing I had calling credit they were. Half way through the call and £7.60 later I was cut off out of credit.

What a rip off!!!!!!

Included in allowances or charged as a local call (ie standard rates on mobile) if no call allowances remaining.
To say "free" is wrong hence my carefully worded reply to the original question.
