Hi.
So if I cal a French mobile or landline, whilst in France, is that now included in my package allowance?
I have unlimited mins and texts plus 2GB of data.

Yes but. You have to be roaming in front or any were in EU but if you call France from. Uk then charged

Yes any call to any EU country is included in your tariff calls whilst you are roaming in another EU country https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/roaming-in-europe
