      <description>&lt;P&gt;l've been charged for using data on my phone having never used and would not know how to use data. l've been told that it is for web day or something. It's a basic mobile l use for calls and texts only. lt's a Alcatel onetouch. any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
