I recently contacted o2 customer services...regarding being charged 20 pounds for two apparent freephone numbers...agent was unable to help....and i was offered a ten pound good will gesture!! I never exceed texts or calls or data...yet i have stil been charged extra for no good reason....nothing less than extortion!!!

I wil be ending my contract with o2 as quickly as possible...and wil make sure i post on social media to highlight the problems with poor customer service....in another country...most likely india!!!

Why is India relevant?
If you don't understand the T&C's of your contract it matters not where CS is based ?

India is relevant when the advisor cannot understand a ord i am saying...and have to repeat myself several times

Well I hope you did a better job of explaining your problem than you have on here 'cause although I'm not Indian, I still don't know what your problem is?

I was charged 20 pound for calling a freephone number...ts not hard to work out!!

What number did you ring?

As others have said this is a customer to customer forum, CS dont action anything posted on here... and if I recall o2 dont have any telephone based advisors in India, only chat.
