I need a Pac code to change to a provider that gives me a signal where I live.

You need to ask customer services for your PAC.

If you are on contract you can call or use live chat but if on PAYG you must call.

Incidentally. Try a few PAYG sims from different providers. This will ensure you get good network coverage before you commit to buy...

refused to give online insisting it was text (NOT) also refused via shop .. BUT just refused for the last hout online -- have noved to a much cheaper provider

Shop can't do it but if you called in they should email it to you.

They cannot refuse a PAC. They will try and fob you off but if you insist it is illegal to refuse.

Complain to the regulator
