      <description>&lt;P&gt;my son got a new sim card last week with £10 credit on it. we went t&amp;nbsp; o change it today and we have lost the sim card. we have the receipt. is there any way of getting teh credit back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you've lose the sim o2 will issue you with a replacement with the same number and amount of credit.</description>
