12 Month Sim Only Upgrade

Hey,

Does anyone know when you can upgrade a 12 month sim only deal to a handset contract? I've had the sim for just short of 6 months. It says 'you are ready to upgrade' in MyO2 but it just takes me to more sim only deals, just wondering if at some point that will change to enable a handset upgrade?

I think it's after 3 months but you could always pop into your local store & speak to them

@Anonymous You could also call customer service. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus I would recommend speaking to someone rather than using Live Chat.

It is after 3 months, assuming you have paid on time, but it needs to be overridden by customer services to be able to do so as the system won't allow it automatically.
