£1000? Absolutely ridiculous amount. 118118 via an O2 mobile costs £5.00 a minute.

I know you didn't make them but O2 will ask if anyone else could have access to your phone.

As said contact CS urgently.

Has anyone else had access to your phone? Have you checked the phone logs? Do you Tugo on a PC that others have access to?
