      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys, Is it possible to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;contact o2 by email to pay off a device plan and cancel an airtime plan? Or any customer service to be honest. I'm cycle touring in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam and it's not really practical to phone or write!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I live in Thailand and being 7 hours ahead I always make sure I contact them by Tugo over wifi at 3.30 in the afternoon here.
