Check your emails for the acceptance and confirmation of T&C's.

There will be the usual credit check before the order is confirmed and accepted. As said you should get emails to confirm.

just got a text saying the phone is out of stock will text again when they have a delivery date

Unfortunately, that is the norm.
O2 don't appear to carry much stock at all and if it's an iPhone there are very long waiting times too.

its an iphone SE and they said expecting more in today so hopefully wont have to wait to long

I ordered a device 3 days ago, i get the same email, but so far nothing, no emalils or test messgaes about information, or delivery. This waiting time is normal or i need to contacy with costumer service?

Contact them as the device is more than likely out of stock.

Your phone is most likely out of stock and you won't hear anymore until it's in stock and dispatched to you.
You will then get an email with tracking details and instructions on how to track it.
