Sim Unlock Pin.....no chance !

Made a huge mistake left O2 two weeks ago and requested a sim unlock pin so I could use another providers sim.......so far nothing. Many phone calls and online chats have been a complete waste of time appalling service!

Do you mean a Pac code to take your number to another provider? If so dial 202 or 4445 (pay and go) and select the leaving option, request your pac and away you go!

Did you try unlocking through My O2?

Also worth checking with another sim card to see if it is locked as not all are.
