I've added the works bolt on instead of the works on off, how do I remove the works from my account?

Hi @Anonymous You can do this via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and then add the one you want.

Alternatively you can do it via text

To OPT OUT of The Works data Bolt On send a free text message containing the keyword "WORKOFF" to 21300 at least 48 hours before the next payment is due
