    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just moved my sim only contract to another carrier. I have obtained a PAC code to transfer the number (which has gone through) and installed the new sim card I was sent. The message on my iPhone stated I needed O2 to unlock the phone. I requested this via My O2 on Tuesday and am still awaiting a response. I assume the 'code' (?) will be sent to my email. In the meantime I cannot use my phone, which is frustrating. How long will the process take, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>There is no code for an iPhone.&lt;BR /&gt;You will get an email, usually around 72 hours later telling you to change sim cards and connect to iTunes, but the iTunes connection isn't always necessary.</description>
