When accessing services from store, the location of store must match the region of the account. When accessing account details online, the website and app must also match the region of the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've no idea, but I remember when 4g was first introduced and everyone up and down the country were doing speedtests, all the ip addresses came back to London regardless of where they were in the country.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A long time ago o2 did have local and national rates the 4 local telephone number area codes would be at local rate others at highe rate .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The phones used to display this on the handset via cell broadcast chanel 200 but this died a long time ago. As all calls are now at the same rate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
