      <title>Cannot reach anyone at O2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with O2 for more than ten years and have been pleased with the service when things are going smoothly. When they are not, the service level is abysmal. I have missed a payment because I lost my debit card and the bank, correctly, put a block on my account, which meant my bill is overdue for payment. Outward calls on my phone have been stopped and I cannot reach anyone at O2 to explain the problem.This is not the way to treat a loyal long-term customer and I am leaving O2 because of it.
