      <description>Hi guys&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I placed an order this morning 02 have taken my money from my account but I have not had any confirmation that my order has been accepted . I spoke to live chat who have confirmed that it has been accepted. I asked if it had passed all credit checks etc and she said that first it would be dispatched then they would do credit checks. This seems a bit strange to me. How long does it normally take to get confirmation of acceptance to the network and recieve a tracking number?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't believe live chat. You have to pass the credit check first before they dispatch the phone. I assume you will get the confirmation emails once you have passed the credit check&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks that's what i thought. I called customer services who have said all is ok so hopefully should get my phone on Monday</description>
