How do I track my order?

I received ano email with an order number saying if I go to my o2 I can track the order yet there is no where on my o2 to do this. Any one know how you do this?

Hi Keri, if you go to My O2 and click on the my device, recent orders are near the bottom of the page on the right hand side.

whats the cookie trail??? a direct link would be nice. o2 had a real round a bout way of dealing things.

Mine was taken from the link I gave.... as you can see from the screen shot I posted. That was on my pc. However just tried on my mobile and is also working?

I have solved this properly, no there is not a track my order page, O2 use DPD delivery go onto DPD website and track your parcel there, using the tracking number O2 emailed you. You're Welcome

This is completely wrong info @Anonymous There is a track my order page. It tells you clearly what to do. All via My O2. By the way O2 use more than one courier....

Delievery Information

I placed an order yesterday and got given a tracking number and was told it was going to be delieverd today but I haven't recieved any confirmation or dispatched email's. Would it still be delievered today?

Might be me being a bit dumb, but can't see the link to track my order (existing pay monthly customer) the help page says i can track my order at My O2. I've logged in to this and still can't see an option anywhere to track it. Any idea where this is? I've had a tracking number from O2, just no where to put it in the myO2 page.

I actually just tried to access MY O2 on PC to take a snip of this....I can't get on to MY O2...keep getting the error message
