Adult Block Removal

Just joined O2

Tried to do the Credit Card Adult Block removal - tried 3 times, kept saying message on O2's side. Checked Credit Cards £3 taken.

Spoke to 02 first a week ago, they said they would remove the block,

3 days later still not removed, spoke to them again, they said wait 24 hours then it will be removed.

Another 3 days has passed and still the block is in place, spoke to them again...

Got little or no faith that it will actually happen at the moment! Bring Back Three UK?

My nearest O2 store is over 45 mins away, and I've already been charged £3 by their system that isn't working.

Only customer service can resolve this for you. Call again until you get someone to remove it for you.
