o2 Refresh

Hi,

How do I enter o2 refresh, I was told when I purchased my phone from the carphone warehouse I was already on o2 refresh yet 5 months into my contract I don't think I am. I was wondering does anyone know how to work out if you are on o2 refresh are not, as I want to get a new phone I have s6 edge but want iphone 6s plus yet I can't seem to see any options and I don't see a split in the bills I just see upgrade option which is £624 which is a lot of money and I think this is to end my full contract not just my phone.

Can anyone help?

You can only get Refresh if you purchase from O2 directly. They are the only company that do it. It will just be a normal contract if you purchase through Carphone Warehouse.

So what you are saying carphone warehouse lied to me 😞 now I've got to stick with this junk god damn man seriously when I bought the phone the sales person said with this been with o2 you are opted into o2 refresh this halfs your bills so you can pay of your phone if you'd like a new one.

Damn I hate been mucked about (feel silly now)

You can still buy yourself out of your contract, and you'll get a very large chunk off if you upgrade to refresh. This is the balance showing is upgrade section on myo2. If you completely cancel the fee will be line rental x months remaining - vat.

For cpw contracts there is no discount, full price to upgrade / cancel, only old o2 contracts got the 25% Speed to refresh discount

And I guess you meant raise complaint to carphone warehouse and not cow

Five months in and you are stuck into a further 19 months. Your only option would be to sell the phone and buy the iphone, use your current contract sim in the iphone until the contract has run it's minimum term.

CPW have never been able to sell refresh contracts.
If you have proof that they told you this you need to challenge them with it.
This isn't anything o2 can help you with unfortunately.
