    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir or Madam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really really *bleep* that after almost a working week I can still not using my number on O2 properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is I cannot receive phone calls from other networks. Phone calls from other network will all go to my previous 3 voice mail box. However O2 users have no problem calling me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot receive SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I can make phone calls to all networks and send SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me with this problem as soon as possible as it's been so long. After a store visit and numours vain promises though 202 services, I am really desperate to get the solved. Many thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
