      <description>Once the mast is repaired or work is completed you can call CS on 202 and request a goodwill gesture of compensation.&lt;BR /&gt;However, this is not compulsory but is often granted.&lt;BR /&gt;The work being carried out will ultimately be to your advantage as it will be to bring in 4g at a guess?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's no harm in asking for a goodwill gesture. The worst they can say is no. It's very arbitrary and will depend on the CS person you speak to. If they're sympathetic and in a good mood, they may offer you something. You won't know until you try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
