Hi,I've completed document to unlock my iPhone. I received an email
saying the action is complete, but when I connect my phone to iTunes it
doesn't work.Any advise would be gratefully received.
Don't know if I am doing something wrong.I've turned the phone on.
Select the language, select country, choose WiFi, press next then it
comes up with that message.
On my phone now it's says:Activation could not be completed. Please
restore the phone and install the latest version of iOS and attempt
activation again. If the problem persists, please contact customer
support.It won't let me log into iTunes either ...
