Are O2 doing any deals with their customers who had a Note7? I understand Samsung are doing some sort of deal in the US and from what I've seen on the EE community support pages their customers are supposedly going to be contacted soon with them.
With all the issues with the note7 I've had to send it back and recontract with o2 now with a oneplus3, just wondering though will I have the device payments I made refunded? They have the phone back so I should get my money back?
