Last Friday 24th April your BR1 office helpfully arranged with you to reconnect our Nokia that you had disconnected at no request from us, saying all would be restored in 24 hours.
Having just tried to make a call it is restored but you have kept the £25 credit that was previously on it & you are now asking for a top-up ! I don't wish to top up before the cash is restored so kindly arrange for this immediately & advise. With thanks in anticipation, DNB455

Still can't seem to login with my proper user name (Strange_Visitor).
I really want my SuperUser status and postcount back
Have PM'd Abs again.
Any advice on how other folks got this done because I'm having no luck.

How do I post a new topic? No info visible on this - VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!
Go to Community and then click on the relevant topic ie. Apple, Samsung etc.
Then you will see the button for new post.

I've just discovered the forums have changed and am annoyed that I had to register all over again, very sloppy on O2's part. Also the new design is just awful, very messy. The subject titles don't have enough space and individual posts just seem to merge into one big mess of text and signatures making it hard to see where one post begins and another ends. Awful.
