Hello, I have lost a sim card which is from a contract, i would like to deactivate it and receive a new sim card, how would I be able to do this?

You must ring customer services to get the old card blocked (you are liable for calls until you do) They will send you a new card

can you tell me if it is correct, when i call the uk from abroad, I am charged 50p per call and then minutes off my allowance. ta

Hi I have change from 02 pay as you go to monthly on a new deal with free phone for £11 for 12 month in May with £13 discount if you were on pay as you go but 02 still have not sorted it  out they are still taking the full amount from my bank not a good deal
