Thank you very much @Anonymous but I am so glad there are people like you , MI5, Jonsie, BoB, Toby & Chiara etc who actually know a lot about mobile phones, how they work and indeed how O2 works.  That truly (and properly) is where the value of this Community lies. But if I can throw in the odd question here and there, or make a suggestion or two, or hopefully raise a wee smile now and again, then I am very happy to do so.

I agree with your sentiments entirely @Anonymous  but as Toby and Chiara have said many times there is space on this community for all types. Like you, I am always asking questions and hope I learn a fair amount. However ,its up to folk like us to provide the banter, make suggestions and occasionally lower the tone (in the best possible way of course)....
