Hi guys,

The magical time of the month has arrived; Your lovely community rewards wink

For those of you who are unaware, O2 Community Rewards are for those members of the community who are really helpful, friendly and supportive of others through their community content and through creating great guides and reviews. PM me if you have any questions, or would like to get more involved!

Also, each month I ask you all to nominate a piece pf content or a post that you think has been really helpful or beneficial for everyone. I'm pleased to announce that (by a landslide) @MI5's really useful Ransomware removal guide. Well done to MI5!

The full list of winners is below. Please PM me with the O2 number you'd like us to add the reward to. Also I'll have some good news on charity donations soon! We are currently making sure any shortcodes we list here can be used with the credit we provide slight_smile

It was because Toby copied and pasted the mentions and they didn't register @gindygoo. Hence the PM today......

thanks all, well done to @MI5for the malware post and well done to all the other winners.

PS - is it just me or is it hard to keep track of the rewards going on your account? Due to my bill cycle, the reward for November went on my bill generated on 5th Jan meaning I'm about a month behind (Dec reward should appear on my bill in a couple of days, and this one should come up on the March one - I think)...

so checked my bill today (after the email/text came through to say it was ready) and had BOTH the Dec and Jan rewards on (ie, £10 adjustment).

not sure if this is possible @Toby, but the blanket adjustment section could do with some more information on the bill, breaking down (if applicable) what the adjustment(s) are?

I use VM for home tv/broadband package and if there are any adjustments they show up individually and with a comment next to them so you know what has been adjusted and why.

just a thought...

Hi @gmarkj

Thanks for this, I'll feed it back! I agree, it would be good if it was as clear as possible. Should I get any info, I shall let you know slight_smile
