Hello everyone,
My name is Toby and I am joining the O2 community team as a co-ordinator and will be assisting Leonard in evolving this community to become a fantastic avenue to get help and hold discussions with others.
There are many members who have been members of the O2 community for a very long and I sincerely look forward to talking to you all, as well as hearing your suggestions, ideas and criticisms. You have all been doing a fantastic job so far in helping others with informative replies, which is great to see from my perspective.
We have ideas for the community and I intend to get feedback from as many of you as I can, so that we can take your needs and suggestions into account, as well as member-led projects that anyone can get involved in. These include FAQ pages, which we will go into in more detail very soon:)
Feel free to PM me at any time with your thoughts and community questions, I will be happy to give you my time.

I'm new too, Toby. I have joined because I can't get access to Ryanair via my Pay As You Go dongle, and O2 engineers (who acknowledge that this is a general problem for all P&G users) have still not fixed the problem four days later. They say it has high priority, but they seem to be taking a long time. I don't think there are any solutions other than switching provider, but any thoughts would be gratefully received.
