One thing that makes the Community so great is the people, and the willingness and openness to share information and help with one another, but sometimes stepping someone through how to use certain features from a forum can be quite tricky. So we’ve created a new interactive online help tool which will help guide you through many common tasks for many of our most popular handsets.

  • Configuring email on your iPhone? We’ve got you covered.
  • Want to learn how to customise your HTC One with widgets? We’ve got that covered too.
  • Or how about setting up voicemail on your Lumia 1020? Yep, that too!

We’d love if you could check it out and let us know what you think. We hope it’s helpful and instructive enough that it’s something you’d consider sharing with friends or family if you think any of the guides could help them get better use from their mobiles, and hope it’s something you too may find useful.

Xperia Z3 updates section lists:

Go to the Start screen.
Choose the menu symbol.
Choose Settings.
Scroll down.
Choose About phone.
Choose Software update.
If this screen appears, the Sony Xperia Z3 already has the latest software version.
If this screen does not appear, an update is available. To install the software update, follow the on-screen instructions.
Return to the Start screen.

A much quicker route is to go in apps and select "xperia update"
This will not only search for latest firmware but also syncs all the native sony apps for updates too.
