i have been with 02 for nearly 2 years now and i was thinking about moving to this sim.

as everything doubles and changes due to how long we have stayed with o2, if i do purchase this sim will i be affected by how long i have been with o2 or will i have to start fresh with this sim ?

Seeing this is Pay and Go, I would think you'll start from scratch, you could always contact O2 and check.

I got a new sim for pay and go go go, I topped up £10, text the service I wanted to the number shown, it said I would get 500 texts, 75 mins and 100mb data. I received a text from 02 stating my allowance would start from 04/08 (today) but when I sent 3 texts to tell my family I had changed my number my balance went down, I tried ringing 02 about it but couldn't speak to anyone, I then got another text from 02 saying I must have at least £10 balance to be able to use go go go, I DID have that amount of credit untill I sent some texts and the balance went down which it shouldn't have, i don't think it's right or fair.

I agree that isn't fair.
I've been having second thoughts about 02 tariffs and sims as they don't suit my needs. They should have made this more clear to you.
Have 02 got back to you since to sort out the problem ?
