Solved: upgrade issue

on 15of ths month i made the upgrade frm carware house i trade in my glaxy edge n on top i gave money i still havnt got my fone yet yesterday o2 sent me txt with my order nmber i cnt track it either plus they congrates me about upgarde but they dind not txt me about my iphone 7 im kind of worried anyone can tell whats going on and when i am gonna get my fone its been 8 days now

There is a massive shortage of iPhones (which Apple has admitted to).
At this point no one really knows when the phones will be sent out, and it depends on which model you got (7, 7 +, memory size and colour).
