Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I am unlocking an 02 iphone so I can use my EE simcard, you have sent me a new sim card, I have put £15 credit on and called 02 numbers like you said. Now what do I do? There never seems to be any agents online for me to talk to.

Have you still got the £15 credit if you have made calls?  We recommend £20 top up....
