transferringnumber from old pay and go phone to new pay monthly phone

I recently filled in the form to keep my old number on my new iphone. The problem is ... it didnt work. I tried to re submit the form but it will not accept my new phones number as a valid number now, and my old phone still has its original number. I dont want to cancel my pay and go until my new phone is working.

Help !!!!

Call customer service and they will sort the number transfer out for you. Please don't use live chat for this.

As @jonsie says this is the only option open to you now. It has failed once if you try again it will do the same

Ring customer services tomorrow. 8.30 is a good time (speaking from experience)
