Pay Monthly Customers
Text the word 'Balance' to 21202
or
Go to this page and then log in using your username and password.
Once you've done that, click View Details of inclusive allowance and in the My Inclusive Allowance tab. The Allowance Used Column will show you any tariff and non promotional Bolt On allowance used to date.
Please note any UK usage within the last 12 hours may not be displayed.
Pay & Go Customers
The best way to keep up to date with your allowances is to register with My O2. You can do this here. You’ll be able to check your balance, tariff and rewards.
You can also check your balance by texting BALANCE to 20202.
