Hi

Check here via your full postcode http://status.o2.co.uk and check the planned maintenance at the bottom of the same link.

So look at these self help generic tips http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-ev...

One other tip is to visit your O2 shop and have them perform a sim swap to replace your SIM card just incase it's playing up.

If the masts are showing good then download the MYNETWORK APP and report the masts.

The network is undergoing some congestion at the moment across the uk which I'm afraid theirs nothing you can do about at your end.

Let us know how you get on.

To add as your a pay monthly customer you could use o2's Tugo service on wifi or alternatives such as what's app and viber although the other party needs the latter two downloaded too in the interim.

Hi ya, I really do understand your frustration over signal, however i sometimes get loss of signal when i go into shops in my local town loss of signal in a shop can be due to a number of reasons and mainly down to the ammount of electrical equipment within a shop or structure etc... if i go into tesco i loose signal because of all tje magnests and insulations etc with all the fridges/freezers and till equipment etc... you need to take a lot into considertaion over signal... its just one of those things, happens with every network so your not alone!!!
