previous bills

Hi

Any one know how you find out actual usage (minutes and data) from previous bills?

All I see is the total, cost.

Hi @Anonymous

A step by step guide
*View your latest bill in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
*Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
*Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
*That will bring up the old style web page

*Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.
*Click on 'what I've used'

This will show a breakdown of usage.

Download a pdf bill for each month and you will get a complete breakdown of data, minutes and texts used.

If you can't find it yourself in your My O2 give CS a call on 202 and they will help you.
