The company in question is LBM Marketing. They first phoned me on Monday evening, I was not interested in what they were trying to get me to sign up for, and I was busy so I hung up. They tried phoning again yesterday (Tuesday) my other-half answered the phone and then hung up. Promptly 30secs later I get a text saying I had insufficient credit to sign-up for Internation Calls 3 Bolt-on. I hadn't signed up for this as I have no reason to make any international calls, so by power of deduction LBM didnt like being hung-up on. I spoke to O2 and they rectified the problem and gave me £2 credit. So I thought that would be the end of it.
Again today I got a text from O2 saying I had successfully sign up for the basic tariff, again I hadn't done this. I contacted O2 and they put me back on the tariff I was originally on and gave me 50mins free calls and 50 free texts.
I am hoping this doesnt happen again tomorrow. I guess the moral of the story is: Don't P-off LBM Marketing or they will get their revenge!!
