Hi, i can not get a pdf to download my bills now i have upgraded to windows 10, all other companies i download pdf bills are fine, any ideas? john s

are you using IE (Internet Explorer) or Edge (new broswer)?

there are problems with a lot of websites and Edge, so would recommend using Chrome/IE first to see if that fixes it.

Agree with above.
We have tried it on Edge and it doesn't work.
It works OK on IE, Chrome and Firefox.
This has been reported previously, @Toby any news on a fix please?

Edge doesn't play well with pdf's for me either. Using firefox and chrome there are no problems. Sometimes clearing cache and cookies may help.

Edge os just reskinned ie if you ask me. Chrome, opera or Firefox will do the trick.
