pay as you go to monthly

Hi I used to have a pay and go sim and I now I have a monthly sim but I used the same email address for both accounts and now it won't change to the monthly one so I can see my bill

Log into your My O2 and look for the option to "bring in other products"
Once you link your accounts you can see them all under one log in.

If this hasn't changed and you no longer have your PAYG sim you will need to contact Customer Services tomorrow...
