pay & go go go - Samsung E1200

I purchased the above phone and it came with a pay & go sim card. Everytime i put the sim in it comes up with 'insert sim'. I thought this would be straightforward but it is proving not. Am i missing something? The sim is in the correct way, I have checked. Thankyou.

It's possible the sim is faulty.

Pop into an 02 shop for a replacement.

If a replacement does not solve the issue then perhaps the handset is faulty.

I have a Samsung get e1200 and my daughter has blocked the sim. Now I can't even put in the PUK code - what do I do?

Pop into an o2 shop and get a new sim card.
They will transfer your number for you to a new sim too.

The puk can be got from live chat or my O2 but if it's been entered incorrectly 10 times you need a new sim card as above.
